I had a delightful stay at Hotel Santa Barbara Real. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly at breakfast, offering a wonderfully varied selection of fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located near great restaurants and shops.

honestly, the 'helpful' reception staff was anything but. I arrived to find my cold room much quieter than expected, but who wants to freeze while on vacation? I woudl ve been thrilled with a free upgrade to a warmer, more comfortable suite. it's defintely a shame this hotel doesn't prioritize special treatment for loyal guests like myself.

While the room was clean, it was much too cold for comfort. The nighttime reception staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns about not receiving the room I booked. Additionally, the WiFi signal was weak, making it difficult to stay connected during my stay.

I had a pleasant experience with the staff. They arranged a professional taxi for me, making it easy to get around. The food was decent, but I wish there was more Colombian options during breakfast.
The price wasn’t exactly a steal, but still reasonable for what you get.

Great location and comfortable stay
I had a decent experience overall, particularly enjoying the location which made it easy to explore. The room, although small, had a really comfortable bed and neat decor. The best part was the attentive customer service, as they promptly addressed an issue with my room and moved me to a more suitable one. However, I wish the WiFi could have been stronger and the breakfast options were slightly more varied.
